JJ Systems Client Login

The client login page is for our clients to check and review a history of all incidents we've opened on their behalf, and a full log of their backups

We open incidents whenever call or email comes through to the office, so we log the work we undertake to resolve the issue. All important imformation is also logged for both the clients, and our benefit.

All backups that we manage are checked everyday to ensure they were successful. Here our clients can not only check the current and historic logs but use the system to log the backup results themselves.
